William H. Molkenbur, 90 of Brick, passed away peacefully on Tuesday August 21, 2018 at Ocean Medical Center with his family by his side. William was born and raised in Union City, moved to Carteret in the early 1970’s and had lived there for 35 years before retiring in 2005 when he and his wife Theresa then moved to Covington Village. He was an army veteran stationed in Germany during the Korean War. After his military service William became a truck driver for 35 years working for Lever Brothers in Union City. William thoroughly enjoyed spending time with his family.
William was predeceased by his wife Theresa Molkenbur in January 2017. He is survived by his daughter Debra Christensen and her husband Erik of Little Egg Harbor, NJ and a son Edward Giannantonio and his partner Richard McConney of Ocean Grove, NJ. William is also survived by a grandson Bryan Christensen and his wife Kaycee, and two great grandchildren Jayden and Jordyn Christensen of Jacksonville, FL.
Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Monday August 27, 2018 from 4-8 pm at Orender Family Home for Funerals, 2643 Old Bridge Road, Manasquan with a funeral service to begin at 7 pm.
