Obituary

Julian H. “Julie” Woszczak, 82, of Brielle, passed away on July 30, 2019, at Ocean Medical Center, Brick. She was born in Bronx, NY and raised in Point Pleasant, where she graduated from Point Pleasant High School. Julie worked briefly for JCP&L before becoming an office manager for her husband’s business Joe’s Plumbing and Heating. She loved to tinker around the house doing projects, knitting afghans for local nursing homes and family members. Julie loved her grandchildren and was also fond of dogs.

Julie was predeceased by her husband Joseph. She is survived by her children Mark (Donna) Woszczak, Lynn (Gary) Bishop, Jeffrey Woszczak, and Claudia (Richard) Frazier. Julie is also survived by grandchildren Danielle (Phil), Blaine (Valentina) Bradford (Natalie), Alina (Michael), Leann (Brian), Michael, Christopher, Joshua, Emily, Olivia, Bryan, Robbie and Trent and several great grandchildren, as well as her beloved caregiver, Felicia Ugwuanyi.

Family and friends are invited to a memorial celebration at 1pm on Julie’s birthday, August 3, 2019 at Manasquan United Methodist Church (17 Church Street, Manasquan, NJ). In honor of Julie, please dress in casual summer attire for the service and don’t forget to wear your white socks and sneakers (like Julie always wore!). Also Julie will be remembered during all masses this weekend at St. Denis Church, Manasquan. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association 400 Morris Avenue Suite 251 Denville, NJ 07834 or Brielle First Aid 710 Old Bridge Road PO Box 262 Brielle, NJ 08730.
