Obituary

Carole Santulli (76) of Brielle passed away at home on November 26th surrounded by family. Carole was born and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey. She graduated from Snyder High School in Jersey City in 1960. She soon married her husband Al Santulli and moved to Belleville, NJ where she raised her three boys. Carole became active in her church as a lay assistant and Sunday school teacher. She went on to work at Hoffman LaRoche in Clifton as an administrative assistant. Later in life, Carole smelled grandchildren and moved to Cranford, NJ. Many years (and diapers) later, she retired to Brielle, NJ with husband Al. Carole enjoyed spending time with family, walking the Spring Lake boardwalk and watching the New York Yankees beat just about everyone. She made one heck of potato salad and her carrot cake was legendary.

Carole is pre-deceased by husband Al Santulli, sisters Bea and Ruthie, brothers-in law Cecil Withers, Tom Cannon, Mike Waters and her parents Einar and Helen. She is survived by sister Joannie and brother Charlie and wife Ann. Carole also leaves behind sons Dean and wife Sue, Keith and wife Mary Kate and George. Carole is the proud grandparent to Perry, John, Emily and James.

It was Carole's wish to be remembered with a celebration of life at a date yet to be determined. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Brielle First Aid Squad, 710 Old Bridge Road, Brielle, NJ 08730. Arrangements are under the care of Orender Family Home for Funerals, 2643 Old Bridge Road, Manasquan, NJ 08736. To send condolences to the family please visit www.orenderfamilyhome.com
