Dolores J. DeSordi, 86 of Atco passed away peacefully at Samaritan Healthcare & Hospice in Voorhees, NJ on January 7, 2020 with her devoted husband of 62 years Ernest DeSordi and her loving family by her side. Dolores was born in Passaic, NJ and raised in Clifton, NJ. She was an Executive Secretary at Montclair State University. Upon her retirement Dolores and her husband moved to Florida to spend 18 years enjoying the Sunshine State before moving back to New Jersey to be closer to their family. Dolores enjoyed traveling with her husband and they were also excellent ballroom dancers.

Dolores was predeceased by her parents Daniel and Rita Dennis, Sr. and her sister Rita Kearney. She is survived by her husband Ernest DeSordi of Atco, NJ; daughters and sons-in-law Donna and Patrick Rosamilia of Wall, NJ; Gina and William D’Annunzio of Egg Harbor Township, NJ; Nancy and Phillip Laplante of West Chester, PA. Dolores is also survived by a sister Virginia DeSaye of Monticello, NY and a brother Daniel J. Dennis, Jr of Austin, TX. She was also the cherished grandmother of eight grandchildren Danielle and Joseph Lux, Matthew D’Annunzio, Dianna and Michael Sperber, Mark D’ Annunzio, Christopher Laplante and Charlotte Laplante; a great grandson Benjamin Sperber.
Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Thursday, January 9, 2020 from 4-7 pm at Orender Family Home for Funerals 2643 Old Bridge Road Manasquan, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 9:30 am at St. Denis Church, Manasquan. Entombment will be at a later date in Garden of Memories, Washington Township, NJ.
