Carole DeBoer (nee Triola), 77 of Spring Lake Heights, passed away peacefully, at her home, on Sunday, January 31, 2021, with her family by her side. Carole was born and raised in Garfield, NJ, and was a graduate of Garfield High School in 1961. After a brief career in retail, she became a full-time wife and mother raising her 2 daughters in Elmwood Park, NJ. where she resided for 35 years. She loved the beach and, as a child, she spent her summers with her family at the Jersey Shore. That continued when she and her husband purchased a beach house in South Belmar, NJ where she eventually retired, before moving to Wall Township. She loved to bake and cook and often tried new recipes she saw in magazines or while watching cooking shows. An avid NY Yankees fan, she rarely missed watching a game and looked forward to the beginning of baseball season.

Carole was predeceased by her father, Carl in 1970 and her mother, Jean in 2005. She is survived by her husband, Byron of 54 years, daughter, Tama DeBoer of Wayne, NJ, and daughter Dara Provda, and her husband Craig, of Wall Township, NJ. She was the loving grandmother of Brooke Provda, of whom she was so proud and who absolutely meant the world to her.

Arrangements are under the care of Orender Family Home for Funerals. A memorial, to celebrate her life, will be held in the future. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Denis Church, 90 Union Ave, Manasquan, NJ 08736, in memory of Carole.

It was with sadness that I read of Carole's passing.
Carole, Byron, and myself were in the first graduating class at Most Holy Name School in Garfield, NJ. I remember that Carole lived down the street from the school. If a group of the girls went to her house, we would have to behave ourselves for a few minutes until her mother got home from work.
May the happy memories of Carole bring you comfort in the days ahead.

Byron, Dara, Tama, I am so very sorry for your loss. Carole was like a mother to me, a friend with a listening ear and always laughter when we were together. The stories are endless because she was my friend and client forever!
I am so blessed to have had her in my life and will be forever grateful for my friendships with Dara and Tama all because of her. “Girlfriend”, we are heartbroken you left us, but thankful you are pain free. May you Rest In Peace and know you have left your mark on this earth that will never be forgotten😇❤️
Love always,
Donna, Loretta, Joe & Nick
